Position Description :
Title : Front of House
Location : York Street Sydney CBD
Employment type : Full Time
Start : September 2015
Full working rights required.
Main responsibilities :
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Take calls, make appointments and welcome customers as they come through the door.
- Achieving high operational and merchandising standards
- Represent Oscar Hunt as an Ambassador of the brand in the community and in the market place
- Provide knowledge to clients of the Oscar Hunt process
- Manage the implementation and development of CRM initiatives in order to develop a repeat clientele network for the brand
- Ability to comprehensively answer any customer queries regarding the product, process or business.
- Manage point-of-sale processes including EFTPOS or other payments.
- Liase order details with head fitter
Education and experience:
- Fashion Student, Graduate or high level interest in industry
- Understanding of key retail sales principles
- Good product knowledge
- Previous experience or training
- Administration skills
Skills and attributes:
- Personable character, with exceptional customer skills
- Integrity, honesty, flexibility, good energy levels and ability to multi-task with greater than 150 clients per month
- Understanding of mens fashion, trends in suiting and intuitive to client needs.
