Things to discuss with your fitter

20 March 2017

"Take some time to think about some of the questions you might have so we can provide you with the most informative and personalised experience in your fitting."

Congratulations. You’ve made the frst step to being impeccably dressed. Soon you’ll discover the joy of made-to-measure tailoring and our team is here to guide you through the process. Once you’ve worn your frst tailored suit there’s no looking back. You’ll experience the superior ft and quality that comes from a garment made especially for you. Before your frst appointment with your ftter, please take some time to think about some of the questions you might have so we can provide you with the most informative and personalised experience in your ftting.

One of the best things about made to measure is choice. Your selections inform how your suit is created with your exact measurements and precise tastes incorporated into its construction. Expect a one-of-a-kind suit exuding who you are. Your ftter will show you a range of colour and cloth options, which will help you understand the breadth of the tailoring experience. He will discuss with you the fit of your suit and will suggest styles most fattering for your shape and frame, and he will take into consideration any special requests.

In your appointment you’ll have access to a wealth of menswear knowledge, so don’t be afraid to ask for style advice. Your ftter can recommend accessories to tie your look together, such as appropriate shoes, neckties, pocket squares, braces and socks. If you forget to ask something in your frst appointment, you’ll be able to ask at either of your next two appointments where you’ll see your suit’s progress towards completion.

You will have a brand new made-to-measure suit in your hands within six to eight weeks from your frst appointment, so now’s the time to plan for its debut at a suitable occasion.
