In 2024, Oscar Hunt’s range of tailored suits is destined for change. Now, before you get too concerned, don’t be. Our unrelenting commitment to a blend of quality, comfort and the best of contemporary Australian style remains unchanged.
What will be changing though is some of the smaller things: from the introduction of new fabrics, to the loosening of our silhouettes, to the gradual integration of certain ready to wear pieces.

The new look for him
Our most recent range is the best indicator of what’s to come for Oscar Hunt. Featuring relaxed shapes and tactile fabrics, it’s a collection that is designed to be worn on the wearer’s terms. And that’s why it’s just as at home for a relaxed picnic in the park as it is for a cocktail soiree.
Speaking of day to night, one of our favourite pieces is the camel double breasted peak lapel suit crafted from Lanificio Rogna cloth and featuring statement buttons. Easily paired with either a pale blue cotton shirt or a plain tee, it’s a piece that deftly straddles statement with versatility.
For more formal affairs, we’re great lovers of the black mohair double breasted peak lapel tuxedo. Complete with a contrasting satin lapel, it’s the perfect black tie ensemble for the Aussie climate, crafted from a highly technical cloth that draws moisture away from the body while still maintaining a soft feel.
The new look for her
In our women’s range, we’ve looked to double down on the versatility of our garments, designing for elegance, movement and comfort.
From the most recent collection, our top pick is the tobacco baby cord double breasted peak lapel suit in fabric from Dormeuil. Just as eye-catching in a two-piece configuration as it is as separates, it’s a piece that can quite literally do it all. With the slightest of nods to 70s style and a sharpness of line that’s contrasted by the warmth and texture of the cord, you could just as easily wear this to the office as you could for a high stakes board meeting.
Our styling tip? Layer it over a neutral base to let the suit speak for itself, dialling up the style stakes with a selection of gold jewellery that amplifies the warm palette.
